Joke?

well well well, this is yet another match of Manchester United's. League Cup, between MU and Barnsley. Before the match, starting starting i thought their jerseys will be purple colour because the team's name reminds me of Barney and Friends, the lame cartoon of a purple dinosaur. Pity those dinosaurs, they were humiliated so badly by being so so so damn ugly in the cartoon.

In the end, I was disappointed, they were wearing red colour jerseys. So, the game started with MU's line-up composed mostly of second team players. Obertan, Tosic, Macheda, Fabio and the others were playing too. Only saw Gary Neville, Owen, Anderson, Johnny Evans and Wes Brown who are from the 1st team. Starting there, MU straight went for the attack and it paid off with a goal from Welbeck in the 6th minute (through a heading). Then, they continued and this time Barnsley is the 1 attacking. They created damn a lot of chances but all went out of target. It was like a machine game where Barnsley is the hammer and MU's the diglett (that's the pokemon name if not mistaken). They failed to hammer diglett all the time as their shots all went wide.

Soon enough, it was half time. MU's defence was pretty bad, i would say. At least it was acceptable cuz defenders were all like from 2nd team. Guess that's the normal line-up for the this league cup. 2nd half started and the game were quite thrilling actually. There were attacks from both sides, it's nice in a sense that you'll fell shaky whenever MU's defence is challenged and when their attempts failed, you'll feel highly relieved. Even if it goes on for 100 times, you'll still feel that sensation, lol. At about the 59th minute or so, there was a throw in made by Barney (lazy wanna write the full name) and MU stole it. He passed it to Owen and Owen dribble past 2 players and scored another goal for MU. At that moment, Barney were frowning and dejected. Then, Gary Neville got a red card, lol. He made quite a dangerous tackle. It hit Barney's leg and he was so hot after that, shouting at Neville. Neville, after flashed with the red card, stood there blank for a while and passed his captain band to another player. So, it was 10 on 11 yet MU was able to handle them. Their best chance was from a shot made by a substitute but Ben Foster (goalkeeper, not the actor) instintively dived and save that shot. The game went on with many chances going on from both sides till the 90th minute. It was announced 3 minutes left.

This part was the joke part man. Ben Foster was going to make a goal kick, he placed the ball on the penalty box line. He took a few steps back analysing the field. Suddenly, 2 spectators went down to the field. 1 of them stood in front of the goal while the other went straight for the ball. That guy gave a slight kick to accelerate the ball a little. After that, he made a full power shot and it went straight into MU's goal post. It was a GOALL!!! (obviously not counted la, lol) That guy was celebrating, running around the field with both his arms raised up punching the sky. His friend who was happy for him joined his celebration. Then, Ben Foster was like, wtf... while everyone else on the field were stunned there, really stunned, i mean the DotA stun skill, didn't move also, lol. So, the referee came into action asking security catch those clowns (wanted to say maniacs but that part was quite entertaining, haha). Soon, they were out of sight, the referee were back to position. It took up more than 1 minute. So, Barney was in deeper shit as more than 1 minute was wasted just like that, thanks to their goal scoring supporter. Finally, the game was over, 2-0 was the final score.

I was actually quite shocked when the game was over. MU actually just brought that amount of players cuz at the dugout and at the seats, the main players were not there at all, probably went clubbing d la, lol. I was still...... disappointed, I failed to see the Barney mascot from their team, lol.
