Abuse and Rewarding Teachers

The problem of maid abusing has been going on for ages... if we were to see it more clearly, centuries, back from all the China dynasties and so on till now. Today they classified the death of the an Indonesian maid under murder (by a married couple). Why have it been going on for ages even when the term "human rights" arose or even when there are so many organizations created which are meant to help these poor people. Obviously there's something lacking and leaking in these organizations especially those created by our dear Government. Before any deaths occur, it's just all talk, "we'll do it this way, we'll do it that way", "with these measurements, maids will no longer be abused" yet and yet again, over and over again, maids are still abused. People should never ever make promises that they can't fulfill. It provides hope but a false hope is not a positive thing which should be given. Well, every political party is doing it, so i can't see a reason they won't repeat such promises again (i bet it'll come out in the newspaper soon enough). If they can't achieve their promise in that term, they'll delay it, worst to worst, delay till everyone forgets it.

I don't see the sense anyway in abusing maids. It is a relationship between employer and employee. We don't see office workers getting choke slammed, body slammed, submissioned or pinned down by their employers, don't we? lol. The worst they'll get is 2 words, "You're fired" (Mr.Donald Trump's favourite words even before he hire them to be his apprentice, haha). The next thing they know after abusing their maids is getting acquitted for breaching the law, which also means extra cash flowing out from their bank account unnessasarily at all. Better give me rite, at least i'll use it more beneficially, haha. So, to employers of maids, don't abuse your maids and change your maid immediately if they're smarter than you.

Next issue, teachers pay. It seems that there's an issue about rewarding the teachers and headmasters if the schools produced excellent result. For my school's case, I would say no. Maybe the teacher involved should be rewarded. Eh, no la, shouldn't at all. In my school, only a few teachers are qualified for such rewards. Our headmistress... nah.... she doesn't give support at all unless they are qualified to be supported. Anyway, it feels better if she don't give any support or hope to get anything. When she gets some hope, hoping that our school would be champions or so, the next thing you know is our school getting knocked out. For example, drama, i don't think she bothered about it till they got to nationals. Once she hoped for something in nationals, the drama team lost. Choral speaking and also debate. For debate, i remember well, on the day we were in the finals, she said good luck and do your best. The next thing happened was that we lost. Haha, now it's starting to make sense how our school lost every competition, lol. Except for choir i guess.... they sucked big time (i don't think the choir members will deny that).
Actually, the reward should go directly the students since for our school, students are the ones who did all the job, every effort is from them. So, why does the teachers get the reward for the students' effort? That's so lame, dude. Anyway, this only applies to our school, others i dunno. At least we don't really care about the reward, what's important most are the priceless treasures hidden within all these activities.
Academic wise, i would say... only a few deserves it. Teachers these days are of low qualities except those remarkably experienced ones. This year, probably only 4 teachers of out 10 deserve it (those who taught me this year). Other subjects, it was like 99 or 100% students effort with the help of tuition. For tuition, the teachers there are in fact much better than those in school, seriously.... Without them, don't think i can stay this relaxed right now, hahaha.
Overall, i would say no. If reward is what motivates these teachers, they're the worst teachers in the world. What was their 1st instinct when they decided to be a teacher? Why did you decide on becoming a teacher? What was the purpose? To educate young minds and nurture them to be fine people or just to get more money for yourself? Or worse, just because "I need a job to survive"? In a simple sense, many people regard teachers as noble people including me. That is why I respect them. If they don't show such enthusiasm, they'll lose my respect where I'll only respect them because they're older, which at the same time their teaching skills will be criticized badly by us, students. Just like how teachers go gossipping around students in the staff room. Think we dunno eh? The truth is we know, teachers, hahaha. So, can't blame us for gossipping about you guys too, we're of the same kind, lol.
Thus, they shouldn't be given reward. If the concept of balance applies to this world, they will be rewarded in some other ways, in a natural way. I mean, it's like the amount of happiness you've gone through would be the same amount of sadness you've gone through, so that's the universal concept.
