you know what's the best part of Taiwan? (as in my trip) not many ppl have the privilege to have this kinda adventure. Yes, in fact, adventure is a better word for this case but for an opening, let's move to the day before.

This time, to go to taiwan, i needed to go to Kansai (where Osaka is located) as the LCC there is cheaper which means i need to go to shinjuku to get a bus there. 2 days before, i was just settling my program in the afternoon and was planning to go for lunch where suddenly Mr Jyun came and asked me to watch a movie. Agreed and so, the time was set at 5. Since it was just a few hours away, i skipped my lunch and went to get a bag for my trip, head on for shinjuku. Since he still didnt reach, i went to get 2 burgers and suddenly, the phone call came and say to meet up at the station. After meeting up, both said haven't taken dinner (for my case, not even a single meal) and after getting the tickets, he said 'let's eat Thai food!'. So, we went for Thai food which wasnt really filling but enough to last the night and we went for movie after snapping a few pics. Since it was close to Christmas at that time, the city was pretty decorated. Starting, he was planning to go to Tokyo Station as well to watch illumination but since the movie, Hobbits is 3 hours, it was impossible as, if he went for tokyo, he need to overnight at the streets which is damn cold because it's winter. So, he missed the last 30 minutes of the movie in order to get on the train and i got to watch all, ahahahahha. Anyway, Hobbits is a pretty good adventure movie which was actually a sign that i was to have such adventure as well.

The following day came and i forgot to set my alarm, i woke up 1 and a half hour later than my planned time, so i didnt have the time to play my games and had to rush to shinjuku, luckily i had 2 overnight burgers and i ate it in the train. They tasted bad and hard that i needed water to help me digest it. down the oesophagus. Went to Kansai International Airport and you know what, i went to Osaka Station twice, to and fro and i didnt take a look at it's famous attraction. If you dont get what i said, just google osaka station. So, i was in KIX, the correct airport, lol and met up with 3 of my party members. Another party member was on the way but he ended up going to the wrong save point and he made it on the next early morning. So, 4 of us celebrated Christmas at the correct save point with 10 hours christmas song in youtube, a christmas tree and taking pics which reminds me of the christmas before when we went to our japanese teachers' apartment for caroling which was so much better, hahahahahah. So, we gathered at the airport and went for terminal 2 where something happened like check-in stuffs, ticket and passport in pocket, bag screening, toothpaste confiscated, giri-giri with the boarding, Tomi got stressed walking around and many more which can make you sweat-till-your-pants-drop probs but we got through it, luckily we're still young adventurers that our hearts were able to take in all those adventure. If not, there would have been many fallen heroes lying on the airport ground.

We got to Taiwan safely without any terrorist hijack, engine failure during flight or anything which was shocking considering the amount of luck we had in the airport. So, we believed, yes!, we BELIEVED everything was over until we got to our hostel booking place. The address was perfect but the person in charge wasnt there. So, we went through some troubles getting the number, getting in contact with him but thankfully, Taiwanese are very helpful and friendly ppl, so we got him and there he came (the person in charge of the booking) on a bicycle, pretty 'cool' image huh. So, we were like 'err....'. Well, actually, everyone thought it was fishy the moment we reached the hostel anyway. Just that, this is adding chilli into the chilli pan mee. Then, he said, 'ok, later we meet up at this place k, I'll lead you to the correct place because we are divided into 2 blocks' and i was like 'ya rite, fuck you, divide into 2 blocks need to walk so far and didnt inform earlier and pretty nice entrance there with your mini bicycle'. No matter how you look at it ahhh, that guy was damn fishy man but anyway, we followed and there we were, an apartment. Well, we discussed to walk off anyway if the place looks suspicious but i left out 1 countermeasure for it which is to ask yen xin wait down there since we need to go to the 12th floor, as in if there was no one going down looking for her in 5 minutes or shorter, she can go contact police d. Luckily it was none of sort but when we enter the elevator, he said 'let's go to the 12th floor'. I took a look at the floor buttons in the lift and was gobsmacked thinking 'where the fuck is the 12th floor button?!' because the highest was 11th. He read our mind and say, we go to the 11th floor 1st and then we take the stairs to the 12th. and we went to the so-called 12th floor which was actually the rooftop. My 1st image was 'Wahhh, damn pretty wei this hostel, can fit 8 ppl in 1 room, so spacious the 2.5 by 2.5 metre room, the price also so damn cheap for such a room and we are so safe from any dangers as we are on the 12th floor which means i can have a sweet goodnight dream every night without any worries at all, yay!'. YAA Riteeeee, nahh!! You think i small kid ah, cb, room so small, so dirty, somemore 12th floor, wanna walk to elevator under rainy days also sure get wet, no entertainment, only 1 toilet when there will be 3 girls around, not to say later on, where i needed the toilet a lot more than them and also so dangerous, a 12th floor when lift button until 11th floor only. Pariah, see the condition d, we straight discussed and rejected it. In fact, actually there was no need to discuss. I think we were just tired as 2 of us didnt sleep the night at the airport while the others also lacked sleep, brain process was pretty slow i guess, at least not broken to accept it.

After that, we went to search for hotels, after a few searches, we finally got 1, pretty lucky for the unlucky us and we were damn tired, seriously, damn tired, both physically and mentally. Then, the other 3 came and we went to fetch them to the proper hotel. Without enough rest, we went for another few days of day till night walk around taipei, yeah, conquering dungeons, fighting monsters, clearing quest after quest and ate and drank like Vikings but 1 night, i ate a poison mushroom and got my stomach in deep trouble. So, my hp remained low even on the following day as that mushroom prevented my hp bar from healing even after sleeping in our inn. Anyway, the hp was enough to last through the days without potions and with the help of my caring party members, i survived. Well, i dunno which food in the night market but i ate like there's no tomorrow, probably there was some bad combination of food in between and i got myself in that trouble. The penalty was baddd, wasn't able to enjoy food and drink that much after that, bloody. Still, there were pretty nice places and i forgot the names of the places i went since i wasnt the planner nor part of the planning team, lol. I like the scenes at that place and that place though, hahahha. (that explains a lot, doesnt it, lol)

At 1 of the night markets, 3 of my party members were duped by a merchant called Laking and was sweet-talked totally and i was there when yx got sweet-talked by a girl, that was still acceptable but Tomi was sweet-talked by a guy and that was gayyyyy. So, they got themselves pretty expensive clothing in Taiwan, a place where shopping is supposed to be cheap, lol. Well, i thought they planned their budget well enough, so i didnt say a thing, next time, i shall remind them then. So, they were pretty broke with a few days remaining. Basically we became EU and only a few of us were able to form Germany to support them a little of here and there. Oh ya, there is these few places which i remembered though. I think it was at the Sun Yat Sen something something, i think la, we saw a troop training and the place was damn big. I dunno for what but probably it was probably those kinda preserved areas from history and ppl in the history like to build buildings as if the amount of soil is soooo much. The troop damn noob wei but i didnt say anything la since i dunno how long they trained, if a few days, understood la but anything more than that, they can quit d. That place, frankly, i think i can sleep there for the whole day which later on, actually i did take a nap at 1 of the benches at another tourist attraction nearby. It was a very fine day to take a nap at the outdoors, perhaps it would've been better if i did it on a grassy place with perfect tranquility with some birds singing on the trees nearby.

Then, we went on to Taipei 101, my friend said it's taller than KLCC but it looks shorter than KLCC but the fact is that my friend is correct which is probably due to its architecture or structure that it looks shorter to KLCC to me and even to a few friends of mine. It was totally impossible to shop in this skyscraper since we were close to recession, so just walked around. Then, we went to the Elephant Mountain. At there, 2 party members took a rest at the pokemon centre while the rest climbed to a.... temple? up there. The flight of stairs there were pretty interesting in a way that it encourages you to climb with messages on the steps like 加油 and all. Reaching the temple-like place, we took a few pics and this time, another 3 took a rest there leaving the 3 of us climbing to the higher place. We used a trail and found staircases. At there, i left the yakult bottle there so that we know we came from this trail as night was looming in. It'll be too dark to even realize there's a trail there by the time we come down. YX suggested me to shit here as a mark though, good idea actually but i didnt have toilet paper with me or if i have extra underwear, probably shit in that underwear and just leave it there also enough d, hahahahahaha. So, while climbing up, it was pretty boring. So, even though as scouts we were taught not to talk about these especially in jungles and places that we were in at that time, i thought of giving it a try and said 'imagine later we meet a lady in red dress, what you'll do?' and they got panicked a bit and laughed it off, probably because they started imagining d. Then, as we walked further and the sky getting darker, we saw something red on the left side and i pointed there knowing what it was, saying 'omg, look, something red there' and they looked. Then, cool them down telling them it's just the chinese praying stuff. Then, we continued climbing and found another rest area and this time there was a lady wearing red t-shirt there but nothing more than that la. We continued climbing and i said 'imagine this time we meet a lady wearing white dress and imagine she's faceless', they laughed it off again, probably in their heart, they were like 'shut the hell up wei, chen zhun', hahahahha. Climb and climb, this time we saw another lady wearing white t-shirt but luckily she wasnt faceless. This time, i was a little shocked myself 'wtf, why are my words getting real?'. Then, i told them, 'just now we met a red and white colour shirt ladies d, we better get to the top faster before we meet the faceless 1' and had some other conversations like how we better run like hell if we meet 1 and all, lol. After that, we meet another fellow but luckily it was black shirt and he was a guy and more ppl after that. So, we reached the place we wanted to reach and got some pretty good shots there. After maybe like half an hour, we went back down, this time 2 girls in front of us and that's great, we got someone to lead us, we didnt talk to them though and we just followed their lead until suddenly, 1 of the girl kicked the yakult bottle i left at the side of the stairs. That time, it was so dark that i didnt even realize there was a yakult bottle there and i was like 'bloodyyyy, luckily she kicked it in front of me, imagine someone else kicked earlier, then confirm miss d that trail and maybe shit is a better option after all, lol', then we walked into the trail and those 2 girls didnt realize it. After a little while, 1 of them realized and she panicked, although i didnt see it but i got the whole picture. She suddenly 'omg!' which means that was the time she turned back and realized we were no longer at their back cuz we went off to the trail without talking, ok, we did, but pretty short and softly, saying it's this way to walk back there (the temple-like area). Then, they started talking with that 'omg' pitch, like shouting yet talking kinda voice and started laughing after cooling down i think. We also started laughing at them and said 'see la, simply kick things in these kinda place', lol. Met up with that 3, articuno, zapdos and moltres, made them jelly with those good shots and went back down to the pokemon centre meeting those 2 pokemon, latios and latias.

After that, nothing much interesting happened until Tomi stepped on shit when we were at... err... somewhere in Taipei when we just came down from the bus and it was a few hours before when they were saying how my words were pretty accurate, especially those unfortunate ones. Then, at 1 point, i was just giving an example of it 'imagine got bird shit fall from the sky kena your head, then you go wash d, come out from the building and kena again'. So, this time, it was not that accurate except for the shit part and it was only half-fulfilled because when we were waiting for the bus back, Tomi stepped on shit again, that time i couldnt stop laughing, what kinda luck he had wei, keep stepping on shit and walking to us telling that he stepped on shit in Mandarin 我踏到大便 when there were so many other ppl around, then straight got a few uncles and aunties look at him and started talking secretly d, hahahhahaha, damn funny. At least he got his free hug with a few girls a few nights before, so probably it's balanced for this part, lol.

Then, on the last night we went to Taipei 101 for countdown but damn a lot of ppl, so couldnt see the concert while Miss Yippie went somewhere to fulfill her desire to watch the concert when we totally had no means of contact at all throughout the trip. Then, 2 lovebirds lost dunno go where, left 4 of the ori party members from KIX chit-chatting. Then, had bro talk with Tomi as we understand each others feelings too well but we are not gay, lol. Basically, it's like if you ask him, you're asking me as well and after that, if you ask him about me or ask me about him, we can explain each others stuff very well but only that part la. Omgggg, this sounds so gay but nvm, i'm lazy to rephrase it d. Countdown also only 4 of us together when it's supposed to be 8. Ohhh, writing it here, i think i know why d cuz 8 is lucky number while 4 is notttt, yessss, now everything make sense!!!! (Now i sound like 1 of my classmates who will take in bullshit excuse when cant think of any explanation to a faulty experiment after thinking super hard)

But the fireworks were nice, it's like the 1 in Dubai. The 1 in London, Melbourne and Rio de Janeiro 1 much nicer though. Also, free hugs and the meeting with 2 miss drummers were good experience, wahahaha. For Tomi, he likes the 2nd drummer more and also channel 99. Then, we all went back to Japan with Mr YX's tripod confiscated due to its length and time constraint (to sign it under luggage) which doesnt make sense cuz entering is no prob but getting it out is a prob, standardize it dude. Then, coming back to Japan, the other 2 went back, i camped at KIX for a little while longer as i was using the night bus back to Tokyo. So, at 6 something i went for dinner and continue online awhile until 8 something, leaving extra 1 hour plus before departure of my bus when i realized something..... the time on my iphone was set as Taiwan clock which means it's 1 hour slower than in Japan but i still sat the bus to Osaka Station from KIX and in the bus that, i was frantically searching for flights or alternative bus and check the train. Flights was totally impossible as it was too expensive after an expensive trip. Then, bus was impossible as it is necessary to book a few days earlier and so, i was down to train which is also pretty expensive but it was probably the best choice at the moment when i decided to go to the bus station after reaching osaka station to explain my situation and fortunately, there was empty seat for the 11.20 bus, japan time and i was saved and it was definitely, definitely much cheaper plus i was able to get half refund as i am allowed to cancel for the bus which i missed, lucky yet unlucky me. And of cuz, i changed the timezone for my iphone immediately. I think i can already phobia from getting out of Japan or Malaysia, /e5.

As a conclusion from this trip, Japan toilet is much nicer than Taiwan's with Japan winning at least 5 out of 5 different locations. And Japan feels a lot colder now after coming back from Taiwan, cold-resistant level drop d, have to level up.

Also, it feels good to see all of them feeling cold in Taipei saying it's cold and because i was more prepared, i keep asking back 'cold meh?' on purpose and I keep get the 'damn you' look from them, lol.
And 1 more, Taiwanese girls are so much prettier, cuter and friendlier than Japanese girls, damn, i chose the wrong country to study in!! Lol
