Badminton

Speaking of badminton, it reminds me of my last coach. He was a pathetic ass who can play but sucks in coaching badminton. Why? No.1, he has no patience. No.2, he's bias towards girls, i mean he favours girls much more than boys. No.3, i'm not the type who can tolerate with rudeness that much. The way he speaks is very bad, it's more to scolding than giving advice, typical Chinese man (in old times, Chinese men scold a lot according to my father, 1 of the smallest mistake done will earn you the loudest and harshest scolding mainly from fathers, probably a really tight slap too). Of cuz, as the era changes, ppl have to adapt to the era including now but he don't (for this case). So, sometimes i felt like whacking him man but have to control my temper since my father is secretary of the club. Anything i do will reflect on him, so in the end i decided to quit, my reason was because of studies since it was SPM, eh no la, i think form 4, hmm.. dunno la, forget d, one of these 2 years la but the true reason was because of the coach. Damn celaka man the way he talk to us (boys), the difference in coaching a girl and a boy is palpable. So gentle to the girls yet so rough to the guys, bloody, double standard like hell plus he like 1 pondan oni the way he speaks, seriously. Not only that, he only know how to speak Chinese language, so some of us needed translation which some of us provided la. Oh ya, no.4, troublesome due to language barrier (for some of my friends, not me). OHHH, 1 more big 1, i think he's a pervert. When he coaches the girl, he grabbed and touched their hands to "teach" them the proper technique but for guys, he don't at all. Very obvious 1, just ask my badminton friends and they'll agree if they remember it.

After i left, slowly slowly my friends there all left too when i spoke to 1 of them weeks later. They all also agree la of how an ass he was. In the end, not even 1 of the original trainee which trains at the same time at me was there anymore (according to CC). I was so delighted man to see how they actually joined me in quitting just because of him, lol. Oh ya, dun get the wrong idea, i didnt persuade them to quit at all. Anyway, he's more suitable to coach those who are really committed la, unlike us who just play for fun or just trying to gain a place in representing our schools. His training style is more towards those who wants to become state or national players, it was that strict la or probably worse and lamer. Another part of his downfall was there was once he scolded CC stupid (i'm not sure this is the real reason or not but definitely it happened before) because he (the coach) failed to retrieve a drop shot from CC. It means it was obviously CC's win but he denied it by scolding him, pretty much for a "great" coach we have here. At least compliment la if a trainee deserves it, this 1 go scold pulak. So, from that "stupid", came CC's hero, his father who screwed him back for scolding his son stupid for a really stupid reason, or you might say excuse.

It came to surprise to me during a dinner with my father telling me about it and asking me about CC and so on. My father say CC's father should just accept his apology instead of over-screwing him which was rational. Despite that rationality, i supported the over-screwing due to my hatred against the coach, not really hate la, slightly above dislike cuz that bastard actually scolded me a few times just because i can't perform the technique he taught for the very 1st time (like my car training la, 3 hours practical 1, as if i pass JPJ d that time). So, that ass actually expected all the boys to perform perfectly even during their 1st try for every technique he teaches, very high expectation towards us, very "good". Fuh, thinking back, really steam until want to throw my racquet at him d man. Probably i should have done that la, hahaha (of cuz wont la due to the earlier reason). So, yeah, that's the "best" coach i've ever had and he gave me a really "sweet" memory of him being my imperious, supercilious, abrasive, churlish, stroppy, obnoxious, insolent, crude, snotty, lofty and haughty coach and i'm so "fascinated" with his "supreme" coaching (probably this i enough to describe him la, hahahaha). My 2 previous coaches were way off much better than him.

Lol, what brought me to this was actually today (later) i'll be playing badminton which reminds me of that. And my racquets better still be in good shape cuz i've not use it so a very very long time d, hopefully not like our national no.1 pair, the string keep snap but i think wont la since my smashing power not even close to them, haha. Also, i wonder how some ppl can smile for so long.... just now, i hung out with my friends, smile for awhile only also cheek pain d. That's probably why i dun smile much but i think the real reason is that i've heard too much (uncountable d, that's why use much instead of many, lol) hilarious jokes from my friends and myself until most jokes became normal d except those which are new and really amusing or humorous. Those who were our classmates will definitely understand at what standard our jokes are until immune to so many jokes d, lol. Actually i can be comical too but then, it'll be too sudden, so better stay normal la, haha. K... that's alllllllllllllllllllll~

ok, i was just done with it. My skills dropped... a lot!! but my netting skill is still there and lobbing was just average, others all turun standard d. Too much difference compared to 2 years ago, at least get the flow back a little, wasnt even half of my skills i had previously i think, Alden too, actually everyone 1 la, lol. I was hoping for a lot of games but ended up stroking for 1 and a half hour, so only had 2 games, sad sad, was hoping for at least 5 games or more, lol. It was pretty funny to see my friends avoiding to stroke with me, haha, probably cuz i smash once in awhile but obviously if against beginner, i wont smash la, so i think they should have stroked with me too a little at least. At least more chances to get to hit the shuttlecock rite compared to playing with another beginner where both keep hitting the shuttlecock flying everywhere in just a few hits. It was tiring but quite fun, had been a long time since holding my racquet.
