Sometimes i just don't understand why ppl wear mask. I understand very well that now A(H1N1) is spreading but do you really believe a simple mask will actually prevent yourself from getting the influenza like illness? It's called a flu... which means it can spread through air. The problem of infection is due to those who were infected were unwilling to follow the quarantine thingy and the flu spread till this stage. What these infected guys just need to do to infect you guys is sneezing and coughing on railings, door knobs or anything that the public normally touches. One healthy person touches, and yeah! he'll get it as well. Those with low immune system is certainly a goodbye case. Contrary to that, which is the healthy ones, they will be infected and warded but they'll be discharged in a shorter time due to their good immune system. Infected or not, it's based on an individual's luck. Only those who are infected should be the ones wearing mask instead of the public. Even common sense can tell you that. We all know those in the medical fields are experts in these flu thingy such as doctors, medical researchers and surgeons. They are acknowledged for their expertise in the field of medicine and what we see is that they're not wearing mask. The Government, which mainly comprises of politicians act as if they're the most expert in it. "Ladies and gentlemen, wear mask, and that'll probably prevent you from getting infected". Now, i'll tell you "Ladies and gentlemen, wearing mask will bring you to health deterioration and probably death as well". Why? It's obviously unhygienic to wear a mask. You wear the mask, you talk, all the saliva accumulate there and when your mouth is shut, it touches every cell near your mouth and cheek. 2nd part, if you have bad breath, not only your mouth need fragrance, even your "helpful" mask need it as well. The bad smell which is on your mask accumulates at there and it's so damn near to your nose which provide extra load for the nose and definitely health deterioration occurs from these 2 factors. I heard 2 hours is enough to make it smelly if that fellow talks a lot. So, you'll probably need to buy hundred of masks which will last you (1,6,180) a month or less, that's if you really change it every 2 hours, 12 hours in a day.
Next is that the mask is not improvised, it's still the same old mask ever but the flu is improving all the time, which is also why medicine is needed to be improved all the time. Through improvisation of these flu, mask is totally nothing for them if they really want to spread. Just like Aedes mosquito who just need 1 week to produce more of it and bite you, your whole immunity system will go sayonara. Nevertheless, those who are really afraid to die, wear it.
WHO just gave bullshit that Malaysians dun understand the flu, as if we're so stupid. The stupid ones are those who talk a lot in the newspaper everyday. It's just some Malaysians are not disciplined enough to go through quarantine. Eh.. maybe the WHO is correct, it doesn't refer to us but those talkative fellows, lol. I read the newspaper that day saying that our nation actually ran a campaign for months and i bet most of us didn't know much about it other than the public announcement about the safety measures to prevent infection by this flu.
FYI, Europeans are totally not bothered with this flu, somehow our nation is (heart-related diseases are killing more ppl). That's why we should be proud of the Gov and be proud as Malaysian. That's what we call Merdeka!

the fact that anyone (uninfected ppl) bought any mask just for this virus justified their "high" knowledge about this flu, good job and well done.
