Moral

this moral which i mean is the so called Pendidikan Moral in the education system of Malaysia. it doesn't really teach moral as it is supposed to be and the country is expecting the discipline of students in our country to improve, what a joke, hahaha. with the syllabus they're using now, i can fully assure the government that the people with moral in this country will certainly be less bermoral mainly because it won't work. there are many reasons to it and the main and major reason to it is that they ask every single students in out country to memorize the definition of 36 moral values instead of instilling it within them but the current 1 is better i think because i heard last time, there were 80 moral values to memorize, MEMORIZE, not remember, which means every single word have to be "instilled" word by word and these words cannot be changed even if the meaning is exactly the same, it's like.. beradab sopan dan berbudi pekerti mulia dalam pergaulan seharian, let's say i write beradab sopan serta berbudi bla bla bla and i'll get a zero for the whole question just because of 1 word, or the more obvious 1 is the value itself, let's kasih sayang terhadap keluarga, i put kasih sayang kepada keluarga it'll also be a zero, although it's roughly the same.

then, i am also disapprove of the way they're using the theory method to teach instead of a practical way, don't ask me how? cuz you as the part of the leaders of the country should be the 1 thinking of it instead of me. I'm being brought up the way as a someone who memorize, not critical thinking student. that's the way you're bringing me up with this perfect moral education. Even the worst attitude student in the world can get 100% for this exam if they are photogenic memory and doing some folios which can be so fake. I've seen so many folios where the students just take a broom and sweep with the body straight when he's more than 160cm height (means the broom didnt touch the floor also) and as my teacher said, you memorize the 36 moral values, you'll have 50% of the subject in your hand already. Not to mention the folio which will help in giving some extra merits and so on. Instead, i would support Muhyiddin Yassin's idea on making it 80% co-curriculum based mainly because this country is developing bookworms more than all-rounder students, especially in such a competitive world we live in now. so, how about making it in the secondary schools too? certainly it'll be betterprobably by making it a 50/50.

now, the education ministry is going to make sivics compulsory too i think and that's totally absurb. if this doesn't work too, i think they'll produce another moral-based subject, maybe Law? then, they would be able to put all these subjects under a certain word like how bio, chem and physics is placed under science subjects. anyway, it's stupid the way they're giving these kind of education, talking DREAMS about producing 1st class mind people but asking students to memorize 36 moral values which are subjective where you don't even need to know the definition and you'll know it, it reminds me of being a small kid in the past of just 12 years old? and i know i was given the responsibility to take care of my own time and also given house keys at the age of standard 4 or less, all these are responsibilities and i know it, i don't need to know that it's a kesanggupan diri seseorang untuk memikul dan melaksanakan tugas serta tanggungjawab dengan sempurna. oh ya, talking about mematuhi peraturan dan undang-undang, is the politicians even following it? i don't think so, especially malaysian politics, the opposition are opposing just for sake of opposing, it's like i've never seen them agree on something before even if it's good, they'll just find some weaknesses in every of the gov's program and highlight it just for the sake of opposing.

so, defiintely i would disagree with the moral education which the gov are giving now and i bet every single student in this country are against it, even the education minister's student. it's practically a waste of time and memory space in the brain to remember subjective stuffs, all these values, even if you just say it, i would already know what it's all about, there's totally no need to define it but maybe i know why, to make it simpler for the examiners of SPM to mark it. dont have the keywords, and you'll get zero but the fact it you wrote something similiar to it and the meaning is totally the same just that the words are different.just bring it to the Parliament under a new moral value i would introduce, melindungi hak pelajar - memberikan pengetahuan yang berguna dan diperlukan serta mendengar pendapat mereka walaupun mereka bukan dianggap sebagai orang dewasa with the motion of THW teach moral subjectively instead of theory supported by every single student and parents who pamper their child very much (which is a lot in this country, luckily my parents are not, if they are, they're killing me from learning to be independent SUBJECTIVELY, not theorically). Since the gov have been going around checking everyone's blog, hopefully they'll find me and really think about it (although i know they'll just ignore me mainly because i'm just a student and not a famous guy). That's all for now, time to continue with my stuffs. Bye!
