Carling Cup Finals 2010

if you've read the chatty part area, there'll be a few parts which will be similar with it, i think. So, it was the battle between 2 teams which performed quite well recently in BPL, the defending champions, Manchester United with a no achievement team, Aston Villa, a great introduction rite? Wahahaha. Of course, since Carling Cup isn't a high profile cup, Manchester United always give chance by not playing all their best players on the pitch which you can see for just now and also some were affected by injuries, thus not being played. An obvious 1 would be by putting Rooney, 1 of the most formidable striker in the world now on the bench. So, the game started and MU was playing a little carelessly and they paid the price by conceding a penalty and it was a goal, damn it, lol. Fyi, we were even using a third choice goalkeeper man, hahaha but that doesnt really matter cuz he plays really really well, better than some other 1st choice gk from other teams.

Let's make it super short, lazy wanna write so much. MU was really under-performing cuz some shots were really careless but they made it up by winning the whole game. Berbatov was playing quite well with his skills and 1 of it helped Owen in scoring MU's 1st goal and he provided a few balls which had high potentials of being converted into goals. Park Ji Sung was in a superb form today cuz his stamina was so damn freaking high that you can see him running everywhere and he nearly scored a goal with his left foot, it was as close as hitting the goal post. Another player in devastating form was none other than Wayne Rooney, i thought he played below average at defense but he was spectacular in front of Aston Villa's box, scoring the winning goal with his golden head and he nearly scored another 1 with his head again and it was as close as Park's too, hitting the goal post. If both entered, it could have been a 4-1 but 2-1 was fine cuz Aston Villa was playing some good football and perhaps it was the proper score to show their efforts.

While MU was playing in Wembley to retain the Carling Cup with a 2-1 victory, the other teams who won 2-1 too in BPL were fighting not for the BPL title but just to get placings. The 2 teams were the Spurs who got the 4th spot while the "big 4", Liverpool who won it for the 6th spot, so much for a big 4, hahaha. I'm so worried that we cant even see Liverpool's name in the Champions League next year, lol. If not, there'll be so much more "less" challenge in the Champions League next year *i think*, hahahaha. In conclusion, MU won 2-1 to win another silverware, while Tottenham and Liverpool won 2-1 for just a 4th and 6th placing respectively. At least 4th still ok la cuz they'll qualify for Champions League but 6th, maybe UEFA (less quality competition compared to Champions League) is the most suitable place for them la, totally /e5 case, hahaha. Nvm, at least they won rite, lol, at least la.

Also, MU deserved the victory even when they were under-performing, so it was fantastic. and, normally i don't blast the other teams in my posts, just felt like doing it this time for some reasons, wahahahaha.
