Winter vacation was over a few minutes ago and it was like "Damn, 1 more week of vacation, may I?" and of cuz the request was downright rejected.
Procrastination actually started when the break started with the play switch being turned on after it was being shut down for a long long time, mostly focusing on doing plenty of stuffs especially work, work and work which is never ending.
Anyway, done with the boring ranting, what I did for this break is basically play and that's all, nothing productive, work-wise.
However, being unproductive has its benefits as you are able to release yourself from the chains and be able to play to your heart's content, mine mostly on illumination and snowboard and of cuz the highlight is on snowboard. 2nd year here but my 1st time playing snowboard, wtf? And my ori plan was to master both skiing and snowboarding but ended up with only mastering snowboarding and the mastering here is defined as "able to play", not being a pro in it. Well, I'll just keep skiing for this year but there was absolutely no regret as snowboarding in group gives an unmeasurable enjoyment which will definitely be stored in one's deepest memory. 1st time playing snowboarding, definitely plenty of ppl to thank to especially those who took their time off to teach me the basics. It took some time to learn actually although I was splurting the "余裕" word countlessly from my mouth,/e5.
What sucks in snowboarding? It sucks when you're a noob cuz you cant move on flat ground, low evasion skill and all but it's because of that you are able to complete more achievements by attaining those low level skills one after another. As small as it may be, it's still an accomplishment and you're bound to feel the joy of those accomplishments like I did even though I fell 10s of times especially when the back of head hit the ground, probably more than 5 times. It's a miracle my memories are still intact and brain functioning well. Also the 1st time, I played for 4 days in a row and from this experience, I can tell you 3 days is enough for a newbie cuz you'll fall until your ass cant withstand the 4th day (although actually it did) but it's totally not recommended unless you have an ass guard.
The few days before that, Tomi got duped into coming to Tokyo for illumination. In the conversation with me and Jyun, he some more said "I'm not a kid"(means he won't kena tipu la) but in the end, he still fell for the trick. Damn respect this fellow although it's a different kinda respect, lol. After the kinda boring illumination, we went for karaoke and again, Tomi was the superstar. His singing was practically the joke of the night, Jyun and I kept laugh at his singing until he declared that he wont karaoke ever again. Obviously despite his saying that, we have our ways to drag him to karaoke again when the time comes, lol. Then, he did an awesome stuff during the gathering (he did plenty actually).
If you enlarge this image, you'll see an idiot putting "卵ふりかけ"(egg sprinkles?) on an egg when the flavour of the seasoning is egg. Walao, how egg he wanna make that egg egg, I wonder and it ended up with him being laughed at again, only this time by more ppl. His talent as a clown has no limit, seriously. If clown got 100 levels, I think he is at level 150 but of cuz he had good memories from this gathering as well since his favourite, Mei Kee actually confessed to him in front of everyone and she also accepted his confession to her cuz we were playing the 愛してる game. Actually, we gave him chance, say everyone got chance to choose their desired seat in the circle and Tomi gave a short but quick thought and requested to sit beside her, lol. When he sat beside her, she was like "omg~~~" and was facing the other way but that kohai also quite good la, accepting his confession and when Tomi succeeded in his confession, he threw his fist into the air declaring his success and it was damn funny cuz he did it every time he succeeded. Then, we also had the trademark question from Sean Sean, "Why ski? Why not snowboard?" or vice versa depending on what the fellow played.
Really fun days especially meeting up with them, the only downfall was that I got lazy at the very end, still not done with my 3 assignments which I planned to do for this break, instead went for a movie marathon, watching more than 10 movies in the span of 2 days, seriously wonder I keep do everything in an extreme manner.
What else did I do? Met and shook hand with our PM, didnt know he so tall during an event launch and that's all.
Gaming with my senior, another fellow owe me a bunch of money (I think I should start a money lending business, charging an interest of 10% per week) , bully Kumar on a phone conversation with him during the gathering and a few more sohai stuffs which definitely cant be revealed, lol.
Hopefully I can refocus within this week cuz I'm predicting the floodgate of workloads will be opened very soon.
